Arabic or English?
Both work, but English gives more precise results. Name the object, its material, colour and style.
How long does a model take?
Usually one to five minutes. You can close the page and come back; it keeps going.
Can I 3D-print it?
Yes, download STL. Complex models may need supports or thicker thin parts.
What if I don't like the result?
Try a clearer description or a photo on a plain background. If a model fails, the credit is refunded.
Who owns the model?
You do. Nobody sees it unless you choose to share it in the gallery.
How long does a top-up take?
After you upload the transfer receipt the team checks it and adds the credits, usually the same day.
